Orders are custom printed once a week. Please allow up to 7 days for your item(s) to be created.

Shipping time can then be calculated as follows: If you choose the Ground shipping option ($7), your order will take 3-5 days for delivery to addresses east of the Rockies and 5-7 days for those west of the Rockies, in addition to item production time. If you choose the expedited option ($40), your order will be rushed after the production time.

We ship via UPS Ground and Expedited from Charlotte, North Carolina. We ship only within the 48 continental states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

All custom monogram orders are final sale. In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours so that we may replace the damaged merchandise.

Jack and Lulu collects from our users only the information that is necessary to complete an order: billing and credit card information. Jack and Lulu, Inc. is the sole owner of all information collected on this site. The information we collect from you is used entirely and only by us, except in cases where we use third parties to perform certain functions for us, such as credit card processing, order fulfillment, and package delivery.
